Are E-cigs healthier than tobacco cigarettes?

On the subject of Electronic Cigarettes -- Although there is at least one study so far that has been conducted and concluded so, and, there are quite a few Doctors, Scientists, and Researchers, who have stated their opinions that E-cigs are immensely less risk than tobacco, we can not make health claims about E-cigs, because long-term testing has not yet been conducted by any Gov't,  but,  it is important to note that E-cigs do not contain the tar and approximately 4,000 other chemicals associated with tobacco cigarettes.  E-cigs simply provide the smoker with a small dose of nicotine to satisfy his/her craving.

Can E-cigs be used to quit smoking?

Different people use different devices and/or methods to stop smoking. E-cigs have not yet been Gov't  tested to qualify as a smoking cessation device. Like habitual users of decaffeinated coffee and soft drinks, we do supply non-nicotine cartridges,  for smokers to remove their nicotine intake completely while still allowing them to satisfy their habitual pleasures of simulated smoking.
